From May 26th to 29th, the International Contest of InnovAtioN was held in Kyoto, Japan. Through the fierce competition with 17 other rival teams from 11 colleges in China and Japan, CUBIA (GREEN USE OF BIA) of Nanjing Agricultural University finally won the second prize and was awarded by 200 thousand yen.
The winning products include the agriculture-only biosurfactant featured with patent protection and the microbial inoculum generated within the production to speed up the decomposition process. CUBIA believed that the above two products can not only be used to proceed with an organic, green and sustainable agricultural and economic growth, but also embody the idea of environment-friendly production, for which gained a bunch of consistent acceptance from judges.
